November 11th - week 10

TE Greg Olsen is currently listed on IR both with NFL and Frenzy. He is currently in the final week of a 2 week IR renewal declaration.

If on Tuesday, November 14th he is still on NFL IR status I intend to renew him for an additional 2 week period. If he has no setbacks then Carolina plans to activate him for their wk 12 game vs. the Jets after their week 11 bye. So if all goes according to script he will be active week 12 in NFL and serving 2nd week of Frenzy 2 week IR period. (Our regular season ends week 13.)

Our NEW IR setup states:

A player may be activated at the end of any IR period he has started. If a non-eligible player is not activated within 1 week of no longer meeting IR eligible status and a 4 or 2 week period has expired, the player will be considered cut and exposed to waivers and standard cap penalties.

My question is what date deadline am I required to take Olsen off IR designation to not lose him or suffer cap penalties. I will need to clear 550 cb's. 1 year and a player spot.
