Last year the Preds brought in an impact RB at 1.07 with Eddie Lacy and he paid off nicely, so the Preds decided to dip into the well again in 2014 by trading up to 1.08 to draft the best RB in 2014's class.
Granted many will vary in opinion with the RB rankings this year, but we love his situation in San Francisco and expect him to emerge as an impact RB after spending some time learning from Preds RB Frank Gore in what may well be his farewell season.
