Note that an RFA's tender value will count against the tendering team's salary cap until that it has an initial bid (per
http://predsff.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23267).
This is now tracked in the roster app. In the RFA section you will see a totaling cell below the Tender column. This value is subtracted from a team's available salary cap. Once a High Bid value is entered for an RFA, the tender value is added back to the team's salary cap.
Test it out by entering a High Bid value for an RFA.
