Liquid Swords moving to Chicago
 

Hey everyone,

I accepted a job with a start-up in Chicago (owned by a good friend). I will be moving from Indy to Chicago the week of August 21.

However, with this move, I will not have as much time as I have in past years for fantasy football. I think it would be best if I dropped out of one of my leagues.

Brian has a friend who I believe is next in line for acquiring a team. If he is still interested, he could have a choice of either my SAC'D or Frenzy team. If he's not interested anymore, then we would need to get the word out to others.

I will continue managing both teams until a replacement owner can be found for either my Frenzy or SAC'D team.

I'm sure my friend still is interested. If he had the choice, he'd probably prefer the Frenzy team since he has no IDP experience (though he was open to learning it when the SAC'D opening was around). Do you have a preference either way, or should I give him the choice (he'd be savy enough to review the rosters to see which would be better for himself).

Good luck with the move. I'm glad you are not totally dropping out. You are an admirable foe.

Heh, I'm hoping he picks SACD so we can pair him up against Cheezy to see who can annoy me most!

I spoke too soon. I called him tonight, and he said he can't. I don't know why yet, I'll see him tomorrow for clarification (right before I pound his skull in, the bastard).

So, open the search.

I sent TYGEB (Guppy at :sj: ) a PM to see if he is interested. He used to be in some leagues on this board.

Forgot to add, Guppy may be mad at me because I drove his lynch train in the Pirates game at xperts and almost blew it for the village.

Yeah, I did some research on the boards and figured that out. My team finally recovered from his win-it-now intial draft! (OK, and my early management didn't help).
