Note: SBDC and BDSC failed to declare RFA's. They should be contacted immediately, and as a penalty, they should be unable to declare anyone higher than a 2nd rounder if they declare today, 3rd rounder if declared tommorrow, and 4th rounder if declared Sunday. After Sunday they should be SOL.

I know we said we were moving things back to the 30th, but for some reason I was thinking we were just moving back a whole week to the following Friday (which would have been today). What was the logic of moving things back from last Friday to the following Thursday? I was thinking they had a day left, so I wouldn't have a problem with their full tenders. Regardless, they need to get here and do something.

I have no problem if they post em today ASAP since there may have been confusion on the 30th/31st as you pointed out... but tommorrow is another story.
