Sam's Week 7 Notes
 
The Ypsilanti Undead are off to their worst start ever at 3-4. The Undead’s 83.95 points was the second lowest in team history.



The Parkwood Predators remained perfect against the Liquid Swords. The Predators are 5-0 against the Sword franchise (including previous management).



The Philadelphia Freedom have tied their worst record after seven weeks at 1-6, done also in 2003. The Freedom have lost six games in a row, a new team personal worst.



The Royal Hawaiian Opihi have started 5-2 for the third consecutive year.

The Soap Box Derby Cars’ 70.1 points was an all time low for the Derby Cars.

The Liquid Swords have lost two games in a row for only the second time since joining the Frenzy. Daunte Culpepper’s 31.7 points was the 8<SUP>th</SUP> highest QB score in Swords’ history. The Swords have lost more times (five) to the Parkwood Predators than they have to any other team in the Frenzy, including divisional rivals.

Edgerrin James’ 32.45 points was the 5<SUP>th</SUP> highest RB score in Jersey Toxic Waste history. Stephen Jackson’s 29.6 points tied the 9<SUP>th</SUP> highest RB score in Toxic Waste history. Todd Heap’s 10.6 points was the 10<SUP>th</SUP> highest tight end score in Toxic Waste history.

The Wonder Mutts’ 144.45 tied the 6<SUP>th</SUP> highest score in team history. Five of the Mutts’ 10 highest scores ever have come in the first seven weeks of the 2005 season. Antonio Gates’ 17.2 points was the 7<SUP>th</SUP> highest tight end score in Mutts’ history. The Indianapolis D score of 20 tied the 4<SUP>th</SUP> highest D score in Mutt’s history. Dominack Davis passed Corey Dillon to become the Mutts’ second all time leading rusher behind Marshall Faulk. <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:City w:st="on">Davis</st1:City> has 355.5 points in 15 games for a 23.7 average in 2004-05. Dillon had 354.15 points in 21 games for a 16.9 average from 2003-05 for the Mutts.



The Bay Area Bloodsucking Insects are off to their best start ever at 5-2. Their 144.05 points was the 4<SUP>th</SUP> highest total in team history. Lamont <st1:country-region w:st="on">Jordan</ST1:place</st1:country-region>’s 43.2 points was the 4<SUP>th</SUP> highest RB score in team history. Sebastian Janikowski passed Kris Brown to become the all time leading kicker in Insects’ history. Janikowski has 128.1 points in 18 games for a 7.1 average in 2004-05. Brown had 123 points in 13 games for a 9.5 average in 2001.

The Brain Dead Squirrel Chasers have tied their best start at 5-2, done also in 2002 and 2003. Clinton Portis’ 34.55 points was the 9<SUP>th</SUP> highest RB score in team history. Randy Moss passed Torry Holt to move into 3<SUP>rd</SUP> place all time among Frenzy receivers. Moss has 844.65 points in 54 games for a 15.6 average. Holt has 839.95 points in 57 games for a 14.7 average.

Jason Elam’s 14.1 points tied the 5<SUP>th</SUP> highest kicker score in Nittany Dodger history. Nate Burleson passed David Patten to become the Dodgers second all time leading receiver. Nate has 167.25 points in 20 games for a 8.4 average. Patten had 162.85 points in 17 games for a 9.6 average in 2002-04.

The Urza’s Ragers have their worst record ever after seven weeks at 2-5.
