Not sure if you had to clear cap or roster space. Frank can tell me when he updates the app.

You did forget to declare years within 24 hours however, thus it's a 1 year deal (assuming you had an open slot and cap space).

I needed to cut a player to make room for Brandon, so Brandon remains a free agent and roster penalties need to be applied.
