Can we get a definite date? I checked the rules and didn't see anything under "Contract Years" or "Key Dates."

Section 5B states "Teams are required to assign contract years and declare Active or Taxi squad roster assignments to rookies by the end of the off-season free-agency period" (the same applies to free agents).

Further, Section 9B states "The In-Season Free Agency period begins at 12:00am ET the same evening the Off Season UFA period ends, (for the 2005 season this will be Wednesday, August 30, 2005). " Thus, contract years, and TS and PS declarations are due midnight, August 30.

Any chance we can get the "official" thread up by tommorrow? I am going to be out of town this weekend and would like to get my stuff in sooner rather than later.

In the Frenzy each team has their own thread for declarations, we don't have a master thread. I'm not sure if it matters either way.

Post them in the Free Agency thread. Either start a thread for your team, or start a master thread.
