Minimum Roster Size
 

After reviewing the rules, it was brought to the Rules Committee's attention there may be potential for misunderstanding/misinterpretation:

So, to clear things up, we wanted to make this formal.

There IS a roster minimum. In the rules formation, we determined to eliminate the 5 player minimum needed to cover (TE, K & DT). Majority agreed on that. What we did not agree on is the elimination of a minimum number of players needed on roster. This has NOT changed.

There still need to be 13 IOP minimum and now 9 IDP minimum (same percentage of IOP needed as minimum). There is a separation between IOP/IDP for a reason because we (like the NFL) want balance between offense and defense.

In addition, we wanted to make sure everyone was aware there IS a minimum, so you simply don't bid massive amounts for the top players only and leaving an empty roster otherwise. Just heads up for your strategies. Wanted to put it in writing before there was confusion.
