Opihi and Derby Cars swap picks!

The OPIHI have sent their 3.07 pick to the Soap Box Derby Cars in exchange for their 4.01 pick.

This move was purely for "practice squad" purposes. No clue who's even going to be around, but at least now I can keep someone on my practice squad... at least until next year's draft!
