Predators release Packers WR Robert Ferguson from their DS
 

Unhappy with his lack of development, Predators management released Packers WR Robert Ferguson from their Development Squad.

They also announced their "official" contracts for the 2002 season.

Active roster:
rookie TE Jerramy Stevens is has agreed to terms on a 5 year contract.

trade aquisition RB Michael Bennett is moved from the DS to the active roster

free agent acquisition WR Wayne Chrebet is signed to a 1 year contract.

Development Squad:
rookie WR Ashley Lelie has agreed to terms on a 4 year contract.

rookie WR Javon Walker ihas agreed to a 3 year contract.

2nd year WR Santana Moss (already on the DS) has been signed to a 3 year contract.
