Predators 2005 RFA Tenders
 

The Predators organization is set to tender RFA contracts as follows:
subject to change before the deadline (of course)

WR Hines Ward is tendered at 1300 (1st Round)
WR Javon Walker is tendered at 1300 (1st Round)
RB Kevan Barlow is tendered at 600 (3rd Round)

players set to become Unrestricted Free Agents:
QB Aaron Brooks
QB Billy Volek
RB Michael Pittman
WR Brandon Stokley
TE Eric Johnson
TE Jermaine Wiggins
K Ryan Longwell
D San Diego Chargers
D Baltimore Ravens

FYI, I am willing to trade pretty much any of these players in exchange for a draft pick equivelant to 1 round lower than the highest tender... for example, the rights to say... Javon Walker can be had for a 2nd round pick, and if you acquire his rights, tender as a 1st, and let him go, you could move up your 2nd to a late 1st.

Slight modification... with the recent trade of Javon Walker to the Derby Cars, the Preds will instead tag the BALTIMORE RAVENS DT in his place with a 3rd round tender of 300.

Thus the Predators 2005 RFA Tenders are:
WR Hines Ward at 1300 (1st)
RB Kevan Barlow at 600 (3rd)
DT Baltimore Ravens at 300 (3rd)
