Contract Years for RFAs and Rookies & DS questions
 
I'm looking through the rules but can't find the answers to some questions:

1. What is the the date when we have to assign contract years to RFAs and rookies? Where is this in the rules?

2. When do drafted rookies need to be declared for the DS? When do drafted rookies not going to make the active or DS need to be cut?

August 31st is now the deadline for both... we pushed it back, but it's buried in one of the discussion threads. I'll find it and post a link tonight.
