I'm somewhat suprised to see Taylor go unmatched. He could be a productive WR3 this year with Robinson out of the picture, and 250 wasn't much of a gamble.

TT is potenitally a very good value pickup by the Waste.

Could be a GREAT FA pickup... then again, I've heard the Ravens are shopping for a high WR in the draft... it's a longshot... but a rook could oust TT. He's had more than his share of chances to produce... and so far, not much to show.

Plus, TT has a QB who has trouble completing 50% of his passes. I could understand wanting to avoid the headache this year and shopping elsewhere. But I probably would have matched anyway.
