Insects spending spree drives up Top 5 RB avg by over 300!

A curious side note in Frank's crazy RFA adventure, his 4 bids on the 4 big RB's raised the 2004 average by 319cb's when compared to last years top 5 RB salaries!

Further, Frank's 4 bids were for the 4 highest salaries in the league! :wow
