The OPIHI are happy to welcome back Charlie Garner to the fold... at a 100 cb contract reduction from last year. Sure, it's still probably more than he's worth at this point, but at the price other RBs are fetching this offseason, we'll gladly take our chances with this pass-catching RB who's back in "Club Gruden." (A more detailed story will follow Easter, as it's a busy "season" for us clergy!)
