Your numbers look correct but your calculation is a bit off. Should be 993, not 933.

Franchise contract goes into effect after season rollover. Cut would only need to be made if after season rollover there aren't enough contract years or salary cap is exceeded.

Oh, I guess the commish should read the rules...never mind (although you did cut McLaughlin, which I think would give you enough room currently anyways)
