Compensatory Picks
 

Should compensatory picks be tradeable? In the NFL, I believe that these picks CANNOT be traded, but I think we may need/want to discuss this and come to our own conclusions.

Personally, I don't see why they should not be tradeable but I don't care one way or the other. Anyone else have any thoughts?

I have no strong feelings one way or the other. Unless there is a strong feeling they should not be allowed to be traded, I say just let them be traded.

I second (third?) the opinions of the Dodgers and the Freedom. Why not let them be traded?

I thought about this right after the compensatory pick issue passed, but wasn't emotional enough either way to address it.

I do believe the NFL does not allow compensatory picks to be traded, however, I really don't see the logic behind it. I myself have no problem with following the league's will on this... unless someone makes a strong case against trading these picks I'm inclined to leave them as tradable commodities.
