APPROVED 10-1 (Injured Reserve Cap Relief?)
 

I've been thinking about IR (actually this came up in my other dynasty cap league)...

the rules last year provided only 1 contract year cap relief and no cyberbucks relief...

this kind of penalized teams who needed to use the IR, especially if they lose a stud...

what I'd like to propose is to provide limited cap relief as well as the contract year, by only having 50% of a players contract count against a teams cap while on IR.

What do you all think?

Yeah, I can agree with that. I don't like kicking an owner while they are down (unless they are a hated rivalry of course, hehe).
