Renegotiate Timing Question

Are we able to make roster moves during the post Super Bowl Off season before League changeover or are our rosters still frozen?

I am interested in promoting and renegotiating a player and cutting 1 or 2 to make room for the increased years and cost before his current contract goes from 2 years to 1.

Yes you can make moves with your current roster. Just no free agency.

Correct...we do not freeze rosters...you can renegotiate players up until contracts rollover
