Accounting for all of your recent moves, my math, using the app still has you OVER the cap by 194, thus some further cuts are required to fit Faulks contract under your cap.
Don't forgot that there is a penalty when you cut players, during the Hard Cap Period (Apri l1 thru Oct 31) that penalty is 20% of the cut players salary against the current years cap, during the Soft Cap Periord, (Nov 1 thru March 31), which we are currently in, the 20% penalty gets divided with 10% against the current season and 10% against the next season.
With the recent cuts you've made your team has eaten 255 in cb penalties for both 2003 and 2004. I'm betting you didn't take these penalties into account and thus feel you're under the cap, but you're not.
Anyhow, as a heads up, you CANNOT start Faulk until the cap issue is resovled, and you have 24 hours from the time of your winning bid this evening to get things in order before being assesed penalties to exceeding the cap (which are quite severe).
