Soft Cap

When does the Hard Cap / Soft Cap switch over occur?

I thought it was Nov1, but noticed the latest Cuts were logged as Hard Cap penalties.

Sorry, I barely have time to do the moves on MFL. I haven’t even tried to make the soft cap adjustments this far.

Thanks. Only reason I put it out there was I had a player I was thinking about dumping - Was hoping I had the date wrong #Pirates
