Ill have this done in a few days.
1st i have to update the old MFL site then create the new one, and clean up the mess up with carry over cap. which wont be too hard, using what roster app had before the mess up was made last year. then adding in any new cuts since then.

i have rosters down to what you likely will have. before RFA.
i have added 10% salary increase to rosters reduced years by 1 and cut all zero year players.
I still have all the links to do, add rookie bonuses and add soft cap carry over, but you should be able to get a ball park of your current cap.

Dale I did the links last week when you posted the new site. They should all be set, but you can double check to make sure I didn't miss any.

FYI for all you MFL Admins:

there is a Drop Players option - MFL gave me the low down on it
when you are logged in as Commish, go to 'For Owners' -> 'Drop Players'
then select the team to drop players for
then you select players to drop, and move them to the Drop list

ok, based on the links being done, were down to
add rookie bonuses and add soft cap carry over.
so your rosters should have any players minus any changes made since new season started. no trades have been processed, but getting close.

I updated the new MFL site with trades and RFA acquisitions to date. I also updated TS promotions and cuts from the UFA board as well.

on MFL, my roster is not showing Rookie Bonuses, or full Penalties in adjustments.

Not sure if every team is missing this, but beware when bidding on UFA's

I don't think MFL has been updated yet for Rookie Bonuses or Soft Cap carryover.

so when this is done, your MFL salaries for a player should match roster app.
