Per item 7 of the off season free agency rules, bids may not be withdrawn or changed (I refence the off season rules, because I did not see this mentioned in the in season free agency section, but it did state that if a topic was not covered in the in season free agency section, the off season rules would apply).

The bid stands.

As Brian stated, you cannot retract a bid.

Since you already cut Anderson, you need to list a new cut to make room for Graham.

Maybe it's time to cut 1 of the 3 TE's your carrying!
