Set IR rules back to what they were previously. Players can stay on IR until the owner decides to activate them - no more time limit on IR

Note, the Original IR rules required a 4 week minimum IR stay

I think if we eliminate the qualifications for IR (meaning only "OUT" or "IR" counts), them I'm totally for this. I don't want the IR designation to be a place to "stash" someone just because they're not performing (and may have a 'questionable' status designation), thereby freeing up a spot.

Right...so if this passes, it would go back to 4 week minimum, and no max...if the 1 week rule passes, that would override the 4 week ruling in this one ;-)

Remember, if this fails, those who voted no will have to volunteer to keep up the maintenance ;-)
