So back in 1995, my college buddies and I were in the middle of a night time road trip across the great state of Wisconsin to party with some friends in the hip town of Oshkosh. We had to fill up, so we pulled into a sketch gas station called "GAS" in Nekoosa. All the Gatorade bottles had been filled to the rim while driving, and the clinically unhealthy amounts of caffeine coarsing through my veins had me waiting in line to lighten my load in the single stall bathroom in back.

The corkboard in this hallway leading to the single stall had only seen things added to it over the years. Ford Pintos for sale. babysitters who likely were likely looking for babysitters themselves by now. Lost cats.

And then the one that got my brain working. To this day, it hasn't solved this one: FREE DASCHWEILER PUPPIES.

Were they big?
Were they small?
Which one was dad? Mom?
Was there consent?
Was a stepladder involved?
What was the pregnancy like?
Just...How? What???

To this day, all questions regarding this matter remain unanswered.

Which brings me to the trade just announced between the Red Rocks Pea Cocks and the Wchmego Weinerdogs - should this have been entitled the Weinercocks? The Pea Dogs? The...I dunno. It brought me back to the Daschweiler Days.
