1.08 RB D'Andre Swift, DET
 

Two years ago, the OPIHI went with a Georgia RB in the first round, Nick Chubb (1.03 overall). It turned out to be an excellent choice. Two years later, the OPIHI are picking the guy that replaced Chubb in Georgia... D'Andre Swift.

Most agree that his landing spot is suspect. Detroit. The place RB's go to die (or at least become mediocre). Kerryon Johnson was also selected by the Opihi in 2018 (we traded up to get him). And he's very talented... WHEN HEALTHY. That could be the kicker.

I was debating a couple of highly rated WRs at this spot... but ultimately chose to go with the Swift. That should solidify the Detroit RB position for my team for years to come. But is that a good thing?!?! Time will tell. Is this a boom or bust pick? Possibly.
