Change 6th seed to All Play **PASSES**
 
This vote is to replace the current 6th seed for the playoffs to being based on each teams overall All-Play Record. In the event of a Tie, each teams overall Power Ranking would be Tie-Breaker.

Simple yes or no vote

BTW Jim, I voted on behalf of RHP ownership here. Hopefully I haven't caused friction with the newly minted joint ownership with my vote! :P
