Move TE TJ Hockenson to TS

He has been active since week 2... there was a bye week in there so it is either 9 weeks active if bye doesn’t count or 10 weeks active (+50 cbs) if the bye week is irrelevant...

It's 10 weeks, bye weeks count, just as they do for IR.
