Possible Spying?
 

Im not sure what's going on here, but after a thorough review and reports of suspicious activity around the league, Dog lawyers advised us to report this incident to league security.

So here is every thing we know about this event:

There was a ship at the Falcon Harbor flying a skull and crossbone flag. Apparently the ships occupants were were out partying, plundering, burying treasure or whatever people that fly that flag do.

Apparently someone snuck aboard the ship and started sniffing around, found the captains log, dug up this juicy bone and left it in our offices. Dog management suspects fowl play here.

The document appears to be a memo for record about the Captions first meeting with a new recruit. So here is that document:

The new recruit ask me about my peg-leg, hook, and an eye patch and how I got them. The recruit asks, "So, how did you end up with the peg-leg?" I replied "We were in a storm at sea, and I was swept overboard into a school of sharks. Just as my men were pulling me out, a shark bit my leg off." "Wow!" said the recruit "What about your hook"? “Well” I Said, We were boarding an enemy ship and were battling the other sailors with swords. One of the enemy cut my hand off." "Incredible!" remarked the recruit. "How did you get the eye patch"? "A seagull dropping fell into my eye," I said. "You lost your eye to a seagull dropping?," the recruit asked incredulously. "Well," I said, "it was my first day with my hook"

Arrgh, the report tis true. The events were recorded during a visit between one of the Pirate’s scouts and Mr. Boyd. Mr. Boyd was so fascinated by the story that the Captain got him to sign a tender. But the Dogs interceded and we lost Mr. Boyd.
