Thanks Patrick (& Burt for putting the time in too rewrite and update the rules)!

The URL on MFL has been updated with the new link as well.

Updates to the rules are highlighted in blue. Hopefully this will benefit the newer teams (not to mention those of us longtimers with fading memories as we age)!
