Stunned the Opihi have waited this long to decline.

Swords overpaid by 1 cb. I think we all would be shocked by an Opihi match. Will be funny if at some point in the season that 1 cb impacts a move they want or need to make!

I actually think TY will have a bounce back year, if Luck is back at the helm. Fully expected to match, but the 500 cb penalty has forced me to rethink. I have very little cap space if I match. So I’ll have to decline.
