In updating the current rules, I've researched each of the division winners plus the Frenzy Bowl Champion for every year of the league's existence. This information will be updated on the new rules page, but I thought it would be helpful to have it here in the forums, too.

Don't think so. Not according to the records I was looking at (which is basically the league website for each season).

Dem Dogs won it in 2012. Whoever has the trophy,check the plaque for 2012. Almost half my caps spent on the Johnson boys. Mike remembers who won that year.
