Post-season frozen rosters

I don't think the recent cuts by Scorpions are valid since their roster is frozen for the post-season.

I guess the threads could stay, but they wouldn't take effect until after the Super Bowl, correct?

in reading the rules, rosters are frozen for non playoff teams week 14, or when a team is eliminated form the playoffs or wins the sacd bowl.
the way its worded its freezing adds to a team. but I could see it go either way.
