I believe he has 24 hours to get in compliance. So he can decide who to promote or cut.

He can't promote anyone off IR as they have been on IR less than 4 weeks.

Only option is to cut Meredith, or this is an invalid move and subject to roster penalties?

BTW I suppose he could trade Meredith as well.

Cut/Trade Meredith within 24 hours of the IR move for Robinson, or standard 20% roster penalties and return to active roster for invalid move is how I'd see it.

My bad was thinking we had 3 slots. I'll think it over and post a correction. Is cutting Robinson an option and would just be a standard cut?
