Cut QB Andrew Luck IND 1300cb/1 yr

Give him one year and let him go.

Was looking forward to his production this year. but it looks like he may start the season on IR, and losing Kelly is additional blow. I don't have patience to wait and see, so lets roll the dice with Cutler as backup to Mariota.
