TS and PS updates since rule change...
 
It might be nice esp since we have a new new owner...and assigned years deadline is approaching...to clarify the Taxi Squad and Practice Squad requirements...

Just a thought...

My understanding is 1st and 2nd round draft picks are Taxi Squad eligible (20 year cap) and 3rd and 4th round picks are Practice squad eligible (no cap years). Number of players allowed are what is in the rules ( I always have to look it up)

5 players allowed on both the TS and PS for a total of 10. PS used to be a 3 player limit but expands to 5 effective with this season.

Burt's been working on a rules update. Just went over it with him and Jim yesterday (with like 100 fixes or so LOL).

It's now in Patrick's hands for formatting and updating on the website.

Still probably won't be perfect but does better reflect the various rules changes over the years.

Rick,
You only have to update the players on your team with contract years and where to place them - Active, Taxi, or Practice...

Be sure to make sure you dont go over the 38 years on Active and 20 on Taxi...I cant remember if 20 was increased or not...

Taxi is still 20. Personally I'd like to see that cap removed but that's another vote for another time!

Right, just the players you have picked up this year in RFA, UFA and rookie draft.

Due by the 28th it would appear....

....NOT sure what the penalty is and/or where players will be placed....
