Rivers (612/1) or Flacco (110/1) available

With the addition of Cousins in RFA, the Preds are willing to move either Phillip Rivers (612/1) or Joe Flacco (110/1).

Flacco in particular is a bargain, a top 15 QB for just 10cbs above the league minimum.

Also open to trading a WR.
