Need to step out
 

Folks,
Given that my marriage is currnelty having trouble, I am needing to step out.

I hate to do it, enjoy the leagues but my concentration is snot.

So please begin looking for a replacement. I apologize and please keep me active on the Boards mike.

My life just gone south real fast right now.

Damn, sorry to hear that Tim. Obviously your personal life HAS to be #1. I hope things work out for you.

Guys we need help finding another person to takeover a team. We still have a great core or owners.. let's keep this thing going.

BTW, losing 2 "Rabid" teams in 1 week... WTF?!

Guys, I am sorry I never saw this coming and was really looking forward to the season but life takes some unexpected turns.

I probably got myself over involved in FF in the first place and need to do some personal reflecting on that. I hate to go, like I said but FF just doesnt mean anything right now...it is not a time for playing games in my life.

Also for anyone who is a believer please pray for me and my wife. Pray for God to bring healing and restoration. Much is out of my hands. Feel free to drop me a personal email.

As I honestly sit here and reflect, when I left the league last year it was more do to do with my own arrogance and pride then anything. It ended up being about me.

My leaving now is not out of anything but brokenness and realizing I need to let go of things that stoke my pride. Thus this decision.

Don't beat yourself up Tim. Your a good guy. Get your marriage fixed, but don't forget you have friends in the FF community as well.

Though many of us have never met personally, I feel like I have friends all over the country, hell, in several countries because of FF. Don't lose site of that when your resolving your homelife issues.

do not worry I am not beating myself up.

Just a humble reflection and doing things I need to do for myself right now to facilitate change. Just so you know there was no real conflict regarding Fantasy Football, just taking a sober look at myself. Although wife was always jealous of time I did spend on internet, most of which was fantasy football related.


Right now the steps I am taking are healthy but hard.
