Practice Squad limit of 2 per year? Rule for 2018 season

I would like to propose a rule change, that we be allowed to add as many 5th and 6th round draft picks to our Practice Squad as we have room for each year. This would only lift the 2 players added per year limit, NOT an increase to the 6 player limit on the PS

This rule would go into effect next season - 2018
