Actually, this was a Saturday bid so West sold on Tuesday at 5:55 AM ET. Cuts and years needed to be declared by 5:55 AM ET today.

Unless I'm missing something Hell Mutts didn't have the cap space available so West goes back to the FA pool and Hell Mutts are assessed a cap penalty (first of the season). Hell Mutts cannot bid on West for 30 days.

You are correct. I lost track of time... 30 cb penalty (20%, right?). Just making sure I don't have to make a roster adjustment to afford the penalty.
