MFL changes

I have been pinged by a few owners now that they can not get into MFL site. MFL is now requiring you create a 'master' MFL username/password. Once you create that, then you log into MFL, and then can go to each of your league pages, and log on to your team as always. So if you have NOT created an MFL login, you will not have access to any MFL league page.

It wouldn't let me use my "old" login name, said the name was already taken. My new login name works just fine although I liked the old original one better.
