RFA Compensation

Obviously we cannot do anything about it this year, but I am thinking we give too much compensation for a lost RFA. I think we need to get more in line with Frenzy - if you lose three 1st round RFA's, you get a 1st and 2nd round comp picks.
In SAC'd, you would get two 1st round picks and a 3rd.

I don't think you should be able to get 2 1sts.

I am thinking if we made 1st round compensation 18 points, rather than 24, that would bring it back in line.

Thoughts?

I'm in agreement here, we are giving too much compensation for losing an RFA

totally agree. I'm shocked people haven't been declining in order to gain extra high picks...i would have been if i had players worth a 1st round tender.....

OK, cool. I'll start a thread for things to vote on for next year - starting with this, and Matt's suggestion for RFA money only attached to team until RFA has been bid on
