over active roster contract years and move not made within 24 hours for compliance. how do we handle this since essentially a move was made a few days later and the reneg could have been re-posted then?

A renegotiation would also send this player to the active roster thus there would be a roster space penalty as well. how to handle?

Well, my feeling is, since Renegs technically can be made up until April 1st, the reneg just is not valid until room is made. If that is not done before the April 1st deadline, then it does not happen.
