2015 League Dues

I would like to start collecting fees to pay for Preds boards and MFL website fees - Preds boards was $61.60 and MFL for each league is $59.95

1) If you are in just Frenzy - $8.63 (Preds + MFL)
2) If you are in both SAC'd and Frenzy - $13.63 (Preds + 2 MFL)

I need to collect these before June 1st, so presently not a big rush. Just wanted to get this out here
