Looks like he's the top dog in Cleveland for now.

MFL site only shows he missed 3 games, he missed 4.

Rules state 4 weeks, not 4 games...Sept 13 is when he was placed on IR, so earliest date you can activate him would be October 11th.
So would still be available to start against Pitt.

Do I need to make another post on Oct 11? I already included Tate starting in the comments section of my lineup.

Your good. IMO as long as a player is eligible to come off IR prior to the start of the current week's game, you can post it any time during the current eligible week.
