What's WRONG with this "lineup"?

Not submitting a lineup is acceptable in the Frenzy now?

I don't know his status with a newborn or not, but how hard is it each week to just go put in a lineup. Heck do it weeks before if need be (I've done that when I new travel was coming up or that I might have difficulty putting in a lineup for lack of internet access and whatnot).

I never said it was acceptable...I said calling him out in public was harsh. PM him and let him know he messed up, or let the commish deal with it. Rules say you get a warning, so give him his warning... don't try to stir things up in public for a first offense.

I'm not trying to create a controversy or stir up trouble Burt. Honestly.

I believe in being open and outright, doesn't matter who didn't submit a lineup, if it happens I think we call it out, say hey, come-on guys lets be more pro-active and nip it in the but before it becomes a problem.

With the Geeks coming off a big win last week I was shocked Jason didn't submit a lineup. Life happens, things interfere I get that, but these type of things are still preventable. Put in a lineup a week, 2 weeks in advance, whatever. I typically put in early lineups on Monday before the prior week is even over. I know other teams do as well. Then adjust on the fly later in the week if need be, but at least your byes are covered at a minimum should something come up that prevents you from putting in a lineup later in the week.

Last season I submitted about 4-5 weeks into the future because I knew finding internet access during those weeks may be difficult and I at least wanted base lineups set each week.

Anyhow, not looking to bash or attack anyone, just saying "FYI to the league and Yo, what happened dude?" Trying to prevent recurrences in the future and keep everyone active and competitive as it makes for a stronger league.

I haven't been checking lineups on a weekly basis. Sorry about that. But usually I do send guys a PM with a heads up. Sometimes life creeps up and things happen. Let's assume that's what happened to Cowboys Geek this week. One warning for anyone. Including newbies.
