Ack nevermind, I just searched and he was a preseason cut later signed by you as a UFA thus not TS eligible.

I might have put in a claim had he been TS eligible. He's a good young speedy WR and the Bills coaching staff loves him, however, he's at least 4th in the pecking order behind Watkins, Woods and Williams and more of deep threat than an every down guy.
