Acint did not submit a lineup this week, so started a QB on bye, and most likely cost him a win, depending on what DHB does tonight....

Not sure what happened, but this could really play into the standings of two divisions....

Update on ACINT...
Joe has been redeployed on a sub. He'll be gone until Christmas.
I talked with Stu about the lack of attention to his team.
Last night we walked through starting to get his roster in shape.
He made some cuts/promotions, and should be back in regular participation mode.

Not for nothing, but both ACINT owners have been pretty much MIA the majority of the season and it HAS impacted games and standings.

It's gone on all season, but even after they supposedly popped in a couple weeks ago to make things right, they slid right back to their inactive ways.

The past 2 weeks they've started TWO injured and/or inactive RB's (McFadden and Hillman) and made NO moves to replace and get another RB, or even start an extra WR or 2 TE set. Hell, McFadden has been started the last 5 weeks and has been listed as OUT for each of them. This is simply UNACCEPTABLE.

The Opihi are probably going to get an undeserved win this week that should have gone ACINT's way had they made ANY effort to put a real lineup out there and not started guys listed as OUT.

Frankly this type of inattentiveness should not be tolerated and I think something must be done, fines, cap hits, draft pick penalties, new owner, ALL OF THE ABOVE... SOMETHING major.

And THIS is why a freaking lottery system is needed for the 1st overall pick.

Again, I think Toilet Bowl is wrong method of penalizing the offending owner, as it has potential to affect 2 other owners. We need some other method of penalizing the offending owner alone.

I am pretty sure I have an owner lined up who is willing to take over the team, either now or at end of season. We have spoken of our league, and he has shown interest. I am confirming he is still interested, and will let him know once commish weighs in.

Maybe the commish needs to ensure valid lineup is submitted the rest of the year and I can if Acint plays Opihi?

Opihi is about to be graced with a win against the MIA ACINT who again started 2 RB's listed as OUT.

not sure if this would be a legit proposal to the issue, but I can run the report projected scores, and replace the line up with that. that might be fair, the system would post the projection it made before the games were played, so would remove any bias.

I don't think arbitrary lineups or projected lineups makes sense. If Burt has an owner lined up I think that makes the most sense.

And FWIW, an example on how the inactivity is hurting other teams, Jim may get a win tonight he probbaly wouldn't have gotten had ACINT been actively managing their team and lineups. A win this week improves Jim to 5-6, tied with a couple others and in thick of contention for the 6th playoff seed (not to mention the division which is still up for grabs).

I don't think you can rewrite history by changing lineups or going with projected starts by some arbitrary MFL system. What's done is done. I just felt it's reached a point it shouldn't be tolerated any longer and something has to be done as it has impacted the integrity of the league.

I also saw a benefit some weeks ago from a failure to submit an active lineup. I can't remember if I would have won or not but I do recall a bye player or two being started.

ok..I will get Jason all the information and get his login info to get onto the boards and will add him to MFL..

He is my daughters fiance, and unfortunately, a Cowboys fan ;-)

I will get him going and make sure a valid lineup is set for this weekend.
