I did make one boo boo though ( the upping of pittman...was upping some bids and did not pay close attention to who I was upping)

And yah, I did the math last night (I had a few minutes to kill) and suprisingly, you'll still be under the cap by about 70 cbs if you get all the UFAs you were high bidder on (at least as of midnight Hawaii time last night)!

I read and I'm very well aware of the current situation of Mr. Pittman.

Let me just say when you're a cap starved team and need another RB you have to take risks. At least that my philosphy. Also this bid also goes to show my "faith" in our current judicial system.

For a $63 cap hit I'm willing to take the gamble that he doesn't step foot in jail to miss the NFL season. Especially when Jerome Bettis and Antowain Smith are pulling about grand a piece.

We'll see.
